IS this possibly true?

Why has Barack Hussein Obama insisted that the U.S. Attorney General hold the trials of the 911 Muslim Terrorists in Civilian Courts as Common Criminals, instead of as Terrorists, who attacked the United States of America ?

If the Muslim Terrorists are tried in Military Tribunals, convicted and sentenced to death, by LAW, Barack Hussein Obama, as President of the United States , would be required to sign their Death Warrants.

He would not be required to sign the death warrants if they are sentenced to death by a Civilian Court .

People have been talking about that for the last two years, that small businesses need assistance and tax breaks to keep operating. Obama is a freaking genious. According to the new tax rates, people making over $250,000 are considered rich. That is the small business owner. Hurting them hurts their ability to operate and to hire people.

Obama is offering incentives for small banking institutions to keep operating. Why, he says so they can help in the job recovery, and it will not add one cent to the countries debt.

How about creating incentives by lowering taxes so that businesses can operate and hire employees.
